I’m always intrigued as to when something becomes so important that people decide the time is right to do something about it. I almost decided not to post this video as it was from a trip several years ago now and I’ve told the story during a number of presentations, but I think it’s just such a wonderful example of why we should never make assumptions as to why something is important to someone. It was from a trip to Zimbabwe, where I met with one of the local Telecoms companies, I’ll not spoil the story here, watch the video, I hope you enjoy it!
